Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ipainting Services. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please review our booking policy below: Deposit Requirement: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is if you notify us of your cancellation at least 7 working days before the scheduled service date. A booking is considered confirmed only after the 50% deposit has been received. Until the deposit is paid, the booking will remain tentative and may be subject to cancellation. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (email or written notice). If you cancel your booking at least 7 working days before the scheduled service date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled service date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and cash. Please ensure that payments are made promptly to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 7 working days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. Any additional services or changes requested on the day of the service may incur extra charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the additional work is carried out.
